Worked previously at Nigerian Liquified Natural Gas, Aquila Capital, First City Monument Bank (FCMB) & Heritage Bank Plc.

Formerly Group Head, Financial Sector Development at FMDQ Securities Exchange PLC (FMDQ), managing the Debt Capital Markets Development Project 2025 and the UK-DFID funded Nigerian Green Bond Market Development Program.

He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the Babcock University and Masters’ degrees in Information Systems and General Management obtained from University of Sheffield and Imperial College, London respectively.

Ayokunle also completed the Management Acceleration Programme (MAP) at Insead, Fontainebleau.
